Coach Xavier has been full-time Swimming Instructor in Singapore for the past 18 years. He continues to find joy in teaching swimming to people of all ages. He conducts his swimming lessons with a good sense of humour and makes his swimming classes enjoyable. Most importantly, his students overcome their fear of water and learn about water safety and equip themselves with an important life-skill.
My son used to have fear in swimming and we are afraid he may not survive if he accidentally falls into the swimming pool. After a few lessons at Pasir Ris Swimming Complex, Coach Xavier has helped my son to overcome the fear of water and he enjoys his every swimming lessons!

In a group of 10 (max). S$80 per child for every four lessons.
In a small group of 7 (max). S$100 per child for every four lessons.
Free swimming cap. (While stocks last)
A deposit of one month’s fees must be paid. Deposit paid can be used to offset one month's notice, if withdrawing.

XSA Swim Academy conducts effective swimming lessons for kids and adults by qualified SwimSafer coach at Sengkang Swimming Complex throughout the weekdays and weekends.

Sengkang Swimming Complex
The Sengkang Swimming Complex opened to the public on August 1, 2008 and is located at 57 Anchorvale Road just beside Anchorvale Community Centre.
The huge Sengkang water park has to be the best value swimming complex in Singapore. In addition to its two Olympic-sized indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the Sengkang Swimming Complex is also home to a fun pool, a teaching pool, a Jacuzzi, rollercoaster slides, water playgrounds, and winding tube slides. The complex also offers an indoor pool so those who take swimming lessons can do so, even in bad weather.
The charges for the swimming pool is the same as the rest of the public pools in Singapore which is very low and this one comes with many water slides that you and your family/friends can enjoy. Note the swimming pool is closed on every Monday.

About Us
Sengkang Swimming Lessons
Coach Xavier is a full-time Swimming Instructor for the last 18 years. He continues to find joy in teaching swimming to people of all ages, ranging from 3 years old onwards to adults.
Coach Xavier conducts his swimming lessons with a good sense of humour and makes his swimming classes enjoyable. Most importantly, his students overcome their fear of water and learn about water safety and equip themelsves with an important life-skill.
He has trained numerous students in their quest to attain their Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.
He is patient and feels a sense of satisfaction and achievement at seeing his students progress in their swimming techniques and abilities.
He believes strongly in the importance of children understanding and learning water safety from a young age.

FAQ
The minimum age is from 4 years old onwards.
Currently, XSA Swim Academy conducts swimming lessons at Sengkang Swimming Complex and Tampines Swimming Complex. Off-site class can be conducted in other swimming pools and condominiums upon request.
The maximum is 10 children in one class in a public swimming pool. Fees will be charged at $70 per child each month for every four lessons.
Yes. We conduct one-to-one lessons. Fees will be charged at $250 each month for every four lessons.
Generally it will take 2 to 3 years to complete the SwimSafer programme. However, it is subjective to the child's learning ability. Every child is different and progresses at a different pace. Practice and exposure are the keys to learning, therefore if you want your child to learn fast, they will need to practice regularly.
Yes. Our instructors will recommend and arrange the appropriate SwimSafer test when the child is ready. If the child passes the test, he/she will be awarded a SwimSafer certificate.
You will need to bring your own swimming suit and goggles. Your swimming instructor may advise you to buy other equipment if needed.
